Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Who we are

Twitch Emote Maker (twitchemotemaker.com) is operated by Ye Fang Yao, an individual based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means anyone who uses the site. By using Twitch Emote Maker you agree to these terms.

Using the service

Twitch Emote Maker is an online tool that uses AI to create emotes, sub badges, profile pictures, banners, logos and channel kits from a text description or a photo, and offers free image resizers that run in your browser. Twitch Emote Maker is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc., Discord Inc. or any other platform. You may only upload photos you have the right to use. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy credits.

What you may not do

  • Upload photos of people without their consent.
  • Upload photos you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Create sexual content, content that sexualizes minors, hate, threats, or content meant to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, including emotes of real people without their consent.
  • Use results to mislead people about what a real person said or did.
  • Try to get around our limits, moderation or security, or resell the service.

See the Content Policy for details. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

AI generations are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.

Your content and results

You keep the rights to what you upload. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use the emotes and images you create, including commercially (for example on your channel, Discord server or merch). Because results are generated by AI, similar outputs may be created for other users, and we cannot guarantee a result is free of third-party rights or will be approved by a platform. Every result is marked as AI-generated in its file metadata. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Results are saved in your account until you delete them or close your account. If you share a result to the public gallery (results made with free guest credits are shared there by default), you allow anyone to download and use it, and you can make it private again at any time in My Emotes.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable at times. We may change features or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid credits you already hold, we will tell you by email.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI results can be imperfect, and you are responsible for how you use them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of where you live.
