Pricing FAQ
- Is Twitch Emote Maker a monthly subscription?
- No, it is not a subscription. You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews, and you are only charged again if you buy another pack.
- Do the credits expire?
- No, credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them, whether that is next week or next year.
- How much does one AI emote cost?
- From $0.62 per emote with the largest pack. Each emote costs 30 credits, and the smallest pack is $5.99 for 250 credits.
- Can I make a Twitch emote for free before buying?
- Yes. Your first emote, sub badge or PFP is free on every device, no account needed (30 free credits). If you sign up before using them, they move into your account. Free guest emotes are shared in the public gallery.
- Do I lose credits if a generation fails?
- No. Credits are only kept for finished results. If a generation fails, its credits go straight back to your balance, and in a Channel Kit only the failed pieces are refunded.
- Can I use AI emotes commercially, like on merch?
- Yes. You own what you make and can use it on your channel, Discord server, merch and anywhere else, as long as it follows our content policy.
- Can I get a refund on credits?
- Yes, if the pack is unused. Credit packs with no credits spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
- Yes. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
